Visit all the Ancient and Historical Sights of Rhodes Old Town.
Within the fortified walls of Rhodes Town you can explore the medieval forts and castles left from when the Knights of St John occupied the island as well as many other historical sights and museums. (See the photographs on the bottom of this page)

Explore the Cafe's, Taverns and Shops of the Rhodes Old Town.
Amongst the narrow streets with the Fortress walls of the Old town you will find a large selection of shops offering anything from souvenirs to local art. Street Cafe's and Bars are popular with the locals as well as inviting to all visitors. For good local food and fresh fish roam the alley ways and look out for taverns that are busy and full of locals. Take trip to the Village of Lindos.
Lindos ancient acropolis which is surrounded by the fortified walls of the Crusaders castle is 125m above the picturesque whitewashed village of Lindos. The ancient temple of Athena is believed to have been visited by Hercules, Helen of Troy, Menelaus, Alexander the Great and the King of Persia. See photograph here.

Spend the day cruising the Coastline of Rhodes
Excursions boats are available for various trips, such as a cruise along to coast to Lindos and back with various stops.

Sit back, relax and soak in the sun on one of Rhodes sandy beaches.
Most of the Sandy Beaches are along the east coast of the island. Exploring the island its still possible to find some less commercial secluded beaches.

Take a day trip to the Valley of the Butterflies.
A few km from the Village of Theologos is the valley of butterflies, this has become a popular area for many visitors with its many butterflies attracted to the valleys Styrax trees. Even though the butterflies are may not been seen all year round the forest walk trails and miniature waterfalls are worth a visit.
