The Sandy Beach Villas & Apartments are located in Svoronata area, about 50 metres from the beach of Ammes, 9 km from Argostoli Town and 2 km from the Airport.

The Apartments are set in beautiful gardens where the owner makes his own wine, cheese and grows his own fruit and vegetables. They are built on a big Farm in a secluded position next to the beautiful Sandy Beach of Ammes.

Ammes is a beautiful long golden sandy beach with unlimited panoramic views of the Ionian Sea, as quiet as a Private Beach with shallow crystal clear water suitable for all swimmers or lay back and relax in the sun. Guests can enjoy the most idyllic sunsets. Only 500 metres away is a small, well-protected Marina for fishing boats and speedboats. There are quite a few Tavernas with local specialties and fresh fish, a couple of Mini Supermarkets, Tennis Courts and Swimming Pools in the area.
