We do our best to offer a fast, friendly and reliable service. All our emails and quote request forms are answered swiftly normally within the hour. However, it can sometimes take from 15 minutes up to 12 hours depending on the time the request was made. During office hours we also have a Human Link Live Chat Facility where you can talk with one of the staff at Armata to help answer any of your general questions. Reservation requests need to be done in by email or using this request form.

How to book  - 4 easy steps

Step 1 - Surf our web site www.greek-holiday-hotels.com and find the accommodation you are interested in.

Step 2 - Fill out this no obligation request form , be sure to provide the correct email address otherwise your request will not be answered. Once we receive this form we will send you a full quote for the total price as well as methods of payment. The main methods of payment are with a Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

Step 3 - Once you have reviewed our quote, should you decide to continue, send us the payment form as outlined in the email we sent you. When we have received this payment form we then request your booking in the chosen hotel, apartment or villa.
Note: All bookings are requested (on a first come first served basis) and confirmed in writing. Your booking will not be finalised until we have received a written confirmation from the hotel. Confirmations can sometimes take up to 3 days depending on the speed of the hotel reservations.

Step 4 - Once the hotel confirms your booking we will charge your credit card according the the booking conditions and send you a Check In Voucher in email. Print and present this voucher to the hotel, apartment or villa upon your arrival in exchange for your room. It is advisable to print two copies of the voucher so you can keep one with our contact details should you need to contact us.
Note: If your chosen hotel is unable to confirm your request we would then discuss with you some alternative options. If you don't wish to book any of the alternative options we have to offer and no longer wish to use our services we would then destroy your payment details at no cost.
